Coated in the highest quality polyethylene glitter and sealed with FDA approved clear epoxy. All decals and glitter are sealed under the coating, so they will NEVER come off!

Please note that colors and designs may vary. Colors may reflect on your screen differently than they do in person.

PERSONALIZE: Our glitter tumblers are entirely customizable, from glitter color to decal design. Please be as detailed as you can in your notes!

Refunds are not issued after 24 hours of orders being placed, so please be mindful of policy. Changes to design are not permitted once the making process has started. Please check all policies and turnaround time before placing your order.

Most of my items are personalized; returns are not accepted on items unless Cupping It Real is at fault. We will be more than happy to work with you, so if you have any issues or concerns, please feel free to contact us! All refunds for non-personalized items must be approved by Cupping It Real prior and will have a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds on customized products will not be given, or changes on orders cannot be accepted once the order has entered production.

Cupping It Real will not be held responsible for errors included in the submitted wording from the client, and therefore refunds will not be given due to such errors.

Unless the seller is at fault, the cost of shipping the items back to Cupping It Real is the buyer's responsibility, and only the cost of the product will be refunded once the items are returned (no postage or handling fees will be refunded).

Refunds or replacements will not be sent after 7 days of receiving the order.
